Yellowstone is open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year

When seasonally open, park entrances are not gated at night and visitors may enter and exit the park 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Road statuses can change quickly due to weather conditions and certain restrictions may apply, so check the roads status before leaving for your trip!

Yellowstone National Park, in conjunction with its official concessionaires and park partner, offers a wide variety of facilities and services within the park. Few facilities are open year-round and services are limited from early November through late-April.

Facilities close at the end of the last business day listed, except campgrounds, which close at 11 a.m. on that day. Operating hours vary throughout the year and are not listed in the table below. Follow the link for each facility to find more information about that location. These operating dates are subject to change without advanced notice. Please check back frequently for updates.
