National parks across the system engaged in a variety of activities to prepare for and celebrate the centennial. Stones River National Battlefield was a big part of this effort. Take a look at what we did and join us as the National Park Service enters a new century in 2017!
Stones River National Battlefield has formed a partnership with McGavock High School of Nashville, Tennessee to produce digital media interpretive products. The students develop a relationship with the national park and learn in this outdoor classroom, while the park connects to an underserved community and helps develop future stewards of the parks.
