Lifetime Passes Lifetime passes are available to U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents. Some restrictions apply. Passes are non-transferable and must be obtained in person at any Federal Recreation Area. ![]() Interagency Senior Pass: $80 - Lifetime Pass for US citizens 62 and older. $20 - Annual Senior Pass for US citizen 62 and older. These passes provide access to, and use of Federal recreation sites that charge an Entrance or Standard Amenity Fee*. The pass admits the pass holder and passengers in a non-commercial vehicle at per vehicle fee areas and pass holder plus 3 adults at per person fee areas. Valid for life. *Does not cover special use fees such as cave tours, bus transportation, guided tours, etc., there are some NPS units which can only be entered upon payments of such use fees. *Admits holder, spouse, children, and parents where entry is made by means other than private noncommercial vehicle or Commercial tour vehicle. The cost to upgrade is $10.00 from a plastic Golden Age Passport or FREE from a paper Golden Age Passport. Golden Access Passport: DISCONTINUED.
