Before you send your message
Please browse through this website (the Plan Your Visit section is very useful) and check out the Frequently Asked Questions before submitting your message. We receive a lot of emails requesting information that is available through our website. Also, our website contains far more information than we can mail you. If you do request that an information packet be mailed to you, please be sure to include your name and mailing address. Thanks!

We will respond to emails in the order they are received as soon as possible. Due to the high volume of email, response to your message may take more than a week. Please ensure that the email address you provide is correct.

General Information / Feedback / Comment email

If you cannot find answers to your questions by browsing through our website (again, please take a look through our Frequently Asked Questions page), please feel free to send us a General Information / Feedback / Comment email.

Backcountry Camping / Boat-in Camping / Campgrounds Information

To make, change, or cancel your camping reservations, log in to your Recreation.gov account, or call the Recreation.gov call center at 1-877-444-6777. Call center staff are available every day of the year from 7 am to 9 pm PT, except on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

If you have non-emergency, park-specific camping-related questions that cannot be answered by reviewing the content on our Backcountry Camping, Boat-in Camping, and Campgrounds pages, please send an email to our Camping Desk. Again, DO NOT email the Camping Desk to make, change, or cancel reservations; contact Recreation.gov.
