Carbon and Mowich Area Trails
The only access to the Carbon and Mowich area is via backcountry trails. There is no public access to Carbon River & Mowich Lake from SR 165 due to the closure of the Fairfax Bridge. The bridge is closed to pedestrians, bicycles, and vehicles and there is no alternate route: WSDOT News Release, 4/22/25.

Bookstore
