HOT SPRINGS, Ark. - The National Park Service has scheduled a one-day site visit on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, for organizations interested in bidding on the new ten-year Concession Contract No. CC-HOSP002-27 to provide traditional bathhouse and massage therapy services within Hot Springs National Park here.

The site visit provides interested parties with an overview of the concession operations and a tour of the concession facility assigned to the concessioner under the Draft Contract.
Registration to attend the site visit must be completed by 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Thursday, October 2, 2025. Interested parties may register by emailing Eric Nikkel, e-mail us, with the company name, contact phone number, contact email, and the number of people requesting to attend the site visit.
Site visit participants are responsible for obtaining their own lodging, meals, and transportation to the respective concession facility. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Attendance at the site visit is not required to submit a proposal for the prospectus but is encouraged.
The NPS only accepts electronic proposals in response to this Prospectus. Any proposal must be received electronically, no later than 4:00 p.m. (CST) on January 5, 2026, in the format outlined in the Proposal Instructions, to be evaluated for award of the new concession contract.
