BAR HARBOR, MAINE – Tuesday June 26 is the final day to submit comments on Acadia National Park’s Draft Transportation Plan and Environmental Impact Statement which has been open for public comment since April 27.
The Draft Transportation Plan and newsletter are available on the National Park Service Planning, Environment and Public Comment (PEPC) website at go.nps.gov/AcadiaPlan.
Comments may be submitted online at the PEPC website by clicking “Open for Comment” or in writing by mail to: Acadia National Park, Attn: Draft Transportation Plan, P.O. Box 177, Bar Harbor, ME 04609.
Public comments will be used to refine and finalize future transportation-related management actions in the Final Plan/EIS, expected to be released in late fall or early winter, 2018.
