Yosemite Pile Burning to Continue

News Release Date: January 16, 2024

Approximately 96 piles were burned last week in Wawona and Yosemite Valley, along with the El Portal woodlot and Foresta woodpile. Pile burning will continue in Wawona on Forest Drive on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. There are no plans to burn in the park over the coming weekend.
