You Are Invited to Join Rocky's National Park Week and National Volunteer Week Celebration!
Every April, the National Park Service celebrates National Park Week, National Volunteer Week, National Junior Ranger Day, Park Rx Day and Earth Day together. This tradition began in 1991 and continues today.
This year, our National Park Week celebration kicks off on Saturday, April 20 and continues through Sunday, April 28, 2024.

Join us at the Beaver Meadows Visitor Center for Fun and Interactive Activities
On Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Rocky Mountain National Park & Rocky Mountain Conservancy will be celebrating National Park Week! Come to the Beaver Meadows Visitor Center, located on the east side of the park, and explore a variety of booths and activities for all ages.
Activities Include:
Earn your Junior Ranger Badge
Visit fun booths and learn about different plants and wildlife that call Rocky home
Decorate a tree cookie
Learn about fishing and the Junior Angler Program
Participate in a Rocky Lab activity
Learn about spring hiking safety
and more!
