Accepting Applications for Conducting Commercial Activities in Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore

Munising, MICHIGAN —  Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore will be accepting applications for the 2022 and 2023 commercial operating seasons beginning December 1st, 2021 until January 15th, 2022. The park will be accepting permit applications for the following use types :

• Guided Backpacking 
• Guided Kayaking 
• Guided Photography Workshops
• Guided Ice Climbing
• Transportation Services 

A limited number of permits will be issued to highly qualified applicants based on their relevant experience and operating history as well as their ability to provide for visitor safety while protecting park resources.
