An entrance pass is not required to access Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park. Other National Park Service sites may require an entrance pass or fee. There is no fee to enter Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park. Ranger programs and park museums are also free to the public. If you plan to visit to visit other parks with an entrance fee, learn more about the America the Beautiful - The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass series and fee-free days in the national parks. Overnight camping on the U.S. side of the Chilkoot Trail will not be permitted for the 2024 hiking season. Permits are required for overnight camping on the Chilkoot Trail, on the Canada side, from May to September. Camping at the Dyea Campground is $10 per site, per night. Reservations cannot be made and campsites are available on a first come, first served basis. |
