News Release Date: June 15, 2016 Venture into the heart of Joshua Tree National Park this weekend and visit the historic Keys Ranch homestead. Meet archeologists and rangers. Explore old automobiles, windmill, stamp mill and other examples of a bygone era.
On Saturday, June 18 and Sunday, June 19, the park will feature six tours per day offered at 8:00am, 9:30am, 11:00am, 4:00pm, 5:30pm and 7:00pm. Tours are one and a half hours long and are free to the public. Each tour is limited to 50 people therefore you must call and make a reservation by Thursday, June 16 at 5:00pm. Call 760 367-5522 to reserve your spot.
There is an excessive heat warning in effect for the upcoming weekend. Visitors and tour participants are advised to bring water, a hat and sunscreen. A spray bottle would also be a good idea for safety and comfort. We invite you to take this opportunity to see this iconic landmark. Come out and Find Your Park.
