2018 Great War Weekend

Great War Day encampment
Great War living historians enjoy a meal in their camp.

We will be holding a Great War (WWI) Weekend on July 28-29, 2018 from 9 am to 4 pm. This is the 100th Anniversary of Camp Colt in Gettysburg, Ike’s first command. There will be many authentic reenactors including some Great War vehicles. There will be a Noon Memorial with music on Saturday, July 28 near the flag pole. Eisenhower House tours will be available. Please check for times. Visitors will be permitted to drive directly to the farm. Vehicles need to enter the farm from Emmittsburg Road. Park volunteers will provide assistance with parking. There is no charge for the program.
