Camping in the Park
Five primitive campsites are available to Towpath Trail and backcountry trail users from Memorial Day weekend through October 31.

Check availability for campsites online here or by visiting the Stanford House office between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., daily.
$25.00 per night (+ $3.50 reservation fee), per campsite, for up to 10 nights.
Each site can accommodate two tents and up to six campers. Check-in after 12:00 p.m. on date of arrival and check-out before 12:00 p.m. on date of departure. For more information call 330-657-2909 ext. 130 or visit The Conservancy for CVNP's website.
- Camping is permitted only in designated sites. Camping or staying overnight in parking lots is prohibited.

Recreational Vehicle Day Parking in the Park
CVNP does not have parking spaces designated for recreational vehicles but they can be parked in the larger parking spaces at Canal Exploration Center, Station Road Trailhead, Boston Store Overflow, Pine Hollow, Wetmore, Everett Covered Bridge, and Ira Trailhead parking lots. This parking is for day use only. Overnight RV parking is not allowed anywhere in CVNP.
Backcountry camping is prohibited
