On Thursday, October 3, at 7:00PM, Bighorn Canyon will host Johnny Tim Yellowtail, great-great grandson of Robert S. Yellowtail and a descendent of Chief Gray-Bull at the Cal S. Taggart Visitor Center in Lovell, WY. Johnny will be presenting a multimedia program and demonstration entitled “The Peyote Way, Native American Church” with the assistance of Adrian Bird, Jr., grandson of the late Sonny Blackeagle. 

 

Johnny and Adrian are employed through the Crow Nation, Tribal Historic Preservation Department. “We both share the passion of preserving our rich history, tradition, and culture. The Peyote Way is the way we choose to pray,” stated Yellowtail.

 

This event is FREE and everyone is welcome!
