Fort Smith, MT – Bighorn Canyon National Recreation is seeking a vendor to provide Campground services at the Afterbay Campground. The selected vendor will be assigned the following facility:
The Afterbay Campground is located near Fort Smith, Montana. There are two pit toilets, forty campsites (one site has water and electrical hook-ups for campground hosts) associated picnic tables, fire pits, lantern holders and two iron rangers for fee collections. The campground is located along the tree lined Afterbay reservoir between the 525 foot Yellowtail Dam and the Afterbay Dam situated just upstream of the Bighorn River.
The vendor would be required to manage the campground. This includes managing campground fees, reservations, collection of campground stats, and light maintenance at the campground sites. A copy of the RFP (Request for Proposals) will be listed on the FedBiz.gov website as well as the Commercial Services website. Interested parties should review the RFP on those sites. If more information is needed, please contact Rick Lasko 307-548-5410. Proposals will need to be returned to the park by June 30, 2019.
