Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging

Electric vehicle charging is available in numerous areas of the park, including Yosemite Valley, Wawona, El Portal administrative area, and Tuolumne Meadows. Other charging stations are available outside the park. Use the Alternative Fuels Data Center to view locations of EV charging stations in the area. Be aware that during busy periods in Yosemite, such as summertime and weekends, parking can be challenging, including EV charging spaces. Plan ahead to ensure your vehicle is adequately charged or use other transportation options to get in and around the park.

EV charging is available in Yosemite National Park at no cost, courtesy of Yosemite Hospitality. All charging stations use J1772 connectors.
