INTERNATIONAL FALLS, MN: The National Park Service (NPS) is releasing the opportunity for those interested in applying for the concession business of lodging, food and beverage, retail, marina, and other services at Kettle Falls within Voyageurs National Park.
The solicitation for a Concession Business Opportunity will open Friday, January 13, 2023. Interested parties can find the Prospectus at Prospectus Releases - Concessions (U.S. National Park Service) (nps.gov).
Proposals and any questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to Kelly Kager, Concessions Management Specialist, at Kelly_Kager@nps.gov no later than 4:00 pm CST on January 31, 2023. All responses to questions will be posted at www.sam.gov.
For those who wish to be notified of amendments to the Prospectus, please provide Concessions Management Specialist with your contact information (name, email address, and phone number) to Kelly_Kager@nps.gov. The NPS will send any additional information specific to the Prospectus in writing, via email, to those interested parties who have been placed on the contact list which can be reached from the website above.
In order to be evaluated and considered for the award of the concession contract, any proposal must be received by the National Park Service, Regions 3, 4, 5 at 601 Riverfront drive, Omaha, Nebraska 68102, Attention: Concessions Management Specialist Kelly Kager by 4:00 pm CST on April 13, 2023, as outlined in the Proposal Instructions of the Prospectus.
