NPS Graphic, Bill Clark; Locomotive Photograph, Frank Etzel February 7, 2009 marks the fourth appearance of Mr. Frank Etzel, a returning favorite, who will present a new multi-media presentation titled, “Digital Delight,” highlighting the dramatic advances in digital rail photography. Mr. Etzel is a computer systems administrator with IBM, a long time rail historian and resides in Vernon, NJ. This program will be presented in the Steamtown Theater and is included in the Park Entrance Fee. |
