Fredonia, Ariz. – The Holiday Traditions annual holiday event on December 2 brings out the best traditions across cultures from throughout the region.Along with other activities, the Holiday Traditions event this year will begin with a ranger program and unveiling of the newest Pipe Spring National Monument museum exhibit; A chair used by Brigham Young, the second president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the first Utah Territorial Governor. The transportation of the chair to the monument was a collaborative effort between Pipe Spring National Monument and their park partner organization, the Zion National Park Forever Project. “As Pipe Spring's official non-profit partner, we are humbled by the opportunity to fund projects like this one that connect us to the past. Significant pieces like this chair tie us back to the earliest days of this historic site and working ranch while offering a glimpse into life in the mid-1800s," Zachary Almaguer, Director of Communication, Zion National Park Forever Project said.
