MUNISING, Mich.- The Miners Falls Trail within Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore will be temporarily closed to all visitors from Tuesday, June 23 until Thursday, June 25.

Contractors will be conducting soil boring near the upper and lower viewing platforms to inform design plans for a new stair structure, anticipated to be installed in 2027.

This temporary closure will not affect access to Miners Castle or Miners Beach.
