Navajo National Monument is open year-round, but the Visitor Center is closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. Three (3) self-guided trails and Sunset View Campground remain open even when the Visitor Center is closed.

Summer Hours: From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Visitor Center is open 8AM to 5PM (MDT).

Winter Hours: Starting November 21, 2021, the Visitor Center is open 9AM to 4PM (MST) Wednesday to Sunday and CLOSED MONDAY and TUESDAY.

Time Change: From March to November, the Navajo Nation including the park observes Mountain Daylight Savings Time (MSDT) which is one hour ahead of the rest of Arizona (Flagstaff, Page, Grand Canyon).
