Partners for the Park

Western National Park Association

The park's official nonprofit partner, Western National Parks Association (WNPA), operates more than 70 park stores in 12 states, including at Navajo National Monument. Your purchases from park stores help park operations, enhance your experience and expand educational opportunities. WNPA supports national parks by fundraising for community programs, special events, research projects, recreational activities, and park exhibits. Visit their online store today.

Share your love of national parks by becoming part of a community of park advocates who are passionate about making the national park experience available to everyone.Connect with others who value what national parks have to offer by becoming a Park Protector. The Park Protector program offers exclusive benefits for members.

Volunteer at the Park

Other great ways to work with the National Parks is to volunteer! Volunteers gain real work experience and valuable job skills that can be added to your resume or scholarship application. Volunteers assist with visitor center operations, guided tours, and park maintenance. Fill out and print the VIP Application and send to the Volunteer Coordinator for review.

High school and college students can volunteer directly through the park, the Navajo Nation Workforce Development Office or the local Chapter's Summer Youth Employment Program. Ask us about volunteer opportunities at the park.
