The Natchez Trace Parkway BioBlitz and Wildlife Festival Outdoor Events are Cancelled

TUPELO, MS:  Due to the potential for a severe weather forecast on Saturday, April 14, 2018, the BioBlitz and Wildlife Festival outdoor activities at the Tupelo Visitor Center are cancelled.
 
Award winning educator Terry Vandeventer will present two “Snakes of Mississippi” programs this year in the Parkway Visitor Center auditorium at 10:00 am and 11:00 am on Saturday, April 14, 2018. All other indoor events are cancelled.
 
These presentations are appropriate for all ages and free to the public. The Parkway Visitor Center is located at milepost 266 on the Natchez Trace Parkway, near Tupelo, Mississippi. For more information about the Parkway, please call (800) 305-7417, or visit our website at www.nps.gov/natr.

The Parkway Visitor Center near Tupelo, MS, is open 9am-4:30pm seven days a week. The visitor center is closed Thanksgiving, December 25th and January 1st.
