The Natchez Trace Parkway Announces Spring Hours for the Meriwether Lewis Death and Burial Site

HOHENWALD, TN – Beginning March 31, 2017, until further notice, the Meriwether Lewis Death and Burial Site Information Center on the Natchez Trace Parkway begins spring operating hours. Hours of operation will be Fridays from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, and closed Monday through Thursday. The burial monument, restrooms, campground, and hiking trails are open seven days a week.
 
The Meriwether Lewis Death and Burial Site Information Center is located at milepost 385.9 on the Natchez Trace Parkway near Hohenwald, Tennessee. For additional information, please call

The Parkway Visitor Center near Tupelo, MS, is open 9am-4:30pm seven days a week. The visitor center is closed Thanksgiving, December 25th and January 1st.
