Natchez Trace Parkway Closed from Milepost 429 to 442 Northern Terminus

WILLIAMSON  COUNTY & DAVIDSON COUNTY, TN - Effective immediately, officials have  
closed the Natchez Trace Parkway motor road between the northern terminus at Highway 100 (milepost 442) to Highway 46 (milepost 429), Pinewood Road in Leipers Fork, Tennessee. The closure is necessary due to snow and a winter storm advisory forecast of freezing rain. The duration of the closure is undetermined at this time. Parkway officials will work to reopen the area as soon as possible.
 

Current weather information is available through your local radio station. For current Parkway road information, please call (800) 305-7417. In the event of a life-threatening emergency on the Natchez Trace Parkway, call Park Dispatch at 1-800-300-PARK (7275) or 911.

The Parkway Visitor Center near Tupelo, MS, is open 9am-4:30pm seven days a week. The visitor center is closed Thanksgiving, December 25th and January 1st.
