Planning: The planning process is how the public can express opinions in the management of a national park. Find out if any current opportunities exist to share your voice, or browse past planning documents.

Park Partners: Our non-profit partners provide valuable support to Katmai and other Alaskan public lands.

Donate: Your monetary donations can help the park directly.

Volunteer: Volunteers serve Katmai National Park and Preserve in many ways.

Do Business with Us: Like our non-profit partners, our business partners play an integral role in connecting the public to this place. If you run a travel or tourism business and want to do business within Katmai, read up on commercial use authorizations here.

Work with Us: Keep an eye out for year-round or summer seasonal positions in Katmai. Most seasonal jobs are advertised November through January.

I Found Katmai: In 2018 (Katmai's 100th anniversary), visitors reflected on the meaning of national parks and why they are important.
