“Jill's steadfast commitment to the park is demonstrated by more than 30 years of service to the National Park Service at Frederick Law Olmsted National Historic Site,” said Acting Superintendent Chris Beagan. “In addition to deep knowledge of the park and its history, Jill brings tremendous passion for working with the public, partners, and colleagues to advance the park’s community impact.”

“I’m excited for this opportunity to expand upon my work at Frederick Law Olmsted NHS while also taking on new responsibilities at John Fitzgerald Kennedy NHS,” says Trebbe. “Both parks have major restoration projects underway, which will enhance to visitor experience and preservation of resources for years to come. I can't imagine a better team to work with on these important projects than the staff at these two sites!”
Trebbe grew up in southeastern Massachusetts and graduated from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley MA, where she received a BA in anthropology and sociology with a minor in art history. In 2005, she received her Master of Library and Information Science with a concentration in Archives Management from the Simmons Graduate School of Library and Information Science.
