Great Smoky Mountains National Park is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, offering visitors the chance to experience its beauty in every season. While the park itself never closes, some secondary roads, campgrounds, picnic areas, visitor centers, and historic sites follow seasonal schedules and operating hours. Weather and construction may also cause temporary closures.
