Temporary Parking Lot and Campground Closures for Road Resurfacing

From August 21 through 24, visitors should expect partial or full parking area closures to complete road resurfacing.

• The Dunes Parking Lot will have partial closures Tuesday, August 22 through Thursday, August 24. Two-thirds of the lot will remain open at all times.
• Pinon Flats Campground is completely closed through through Tuesday, August 22.
• The Mosca Creek Picnic Area near the Dunes Parking Lot will be completely closed on Tuesday, August 22.
• Montville/Mosca Pass Trailhead parking lot will be completely closed on Thursday, August 24, Visitors can still access it by hiking from the visitor center parking lot. 
• The RV water fill and dump station area will have closures Wednesday, August 23 and Thursday, August 24. 
• The visitor center parking lot will have partial closures Wednesday, August 23 through Thursday, August 24. Half of the parking area will remain open at all times.
