Interested participants will gather at the Apgar Public Boat dock from 8:00 p.m. till sunset. At an InstaMeet, visitors come together to connect, explore, and celebrate digital creativity using the Park as a subject and backdrop. All ages, experience levels and types of camera are welcome. Park staff will be on hand to answer questions. InstaMeets are scheduled at the park every other Saturday at sunset in various locations throughout the park beginning May 28 through the end of August. The NPS Centennial summer Instameet schedule will culminate on Thursday, August 25, the actual 100th birthday of the National Park Service. The full schedule is available online at go.nps.gov/instameets. The park Instagram site, @GlacierNPS, currently has approximately 271,000 followers. The park's InstaMeet program was recently featured by Instagram during last month's WorldWide InstaMeet.
