WEST GLACIER, MT. –The entrance fee for Glacier National Park will be waived on Tuesday, August 25, in recognition of the National Park Service Birthday. The National Park Service turns 99 years old this year.

The National Park Service is already celebrating its 100th Birthday through the “Find Your Park” campaign. “Find Your Park” is an effort to connect the American public with parks, trails, museums, and historic sites across the country. Visitors are encouraged to share their photos, stories, and experiences on the http://findyourpark.com/ or on social media using #FindYourPark.

There will be two additional fee-free days this calendar year. Entrance fees will be waived on Saturday, September 26 in recognition of National Public Lands Day and on Wednesday, November 11, in recognition of Veterans Day.
