Thank you for your interest in a field trip on the west side of Glacier National Park. If you are interested in a fall field trip, please fill out this form by 5pm on Monday, August 25th.
Form instructions: 1. Consult with other teachers at your school before submitting a form to ensure that you are not sending duplicate requests. 2. Ensure that the contact that you enter under "School/Organization Contact Information" is the person who should be contacted about field trip scheduling. If you would like to add a second contact person, enter their details under "Group Details - Park Visit/Field Trip" 3. Please enter the name of the field trip you would like to request under "Program Name or Subject Requested." Programs we offer can be found here. 4. Ensure that the "number of students" is the total number of students you are requesting a field trip for. Estimations are okay. If you have more than 45-50 students (about two classes), we will likely need to schedule you for multiple dates, but you only need to fill out one form at this time. Submitting a form does not guarantee you a date and the order in which forms are received does not matter. Once we receive all the interest forms, education staff will review them to gauge demand and assess our capacity. If demand outweighs capacity, requests will be prioritized based on whether the same students have visited the park in the recent past in a previous grade. We will then reach out to those who we are able to accommodate in batches to schedule dates.
