Camden County Resident Winter Ferry Discount

Cumberland Island ferry offers local discounts for the winter months St. Marys, GA – On behalf of Cumberland Island Ferry, operated by Mr. David Lang of Lang Seafood, Inc., Cumberland Island National Seashore announces a winter season ferry ticket discount for Camden County residents of twenty five percent off regular ticket prices (before taxes). “We are grateful to Mr. Lang for his gift to the community during this special time of year,” said Acting Superintendent Steve Theus. “and increasing access opportunities for local residents is a shared goal.”

These special, non-refundable and non-transferable tickets will be available on a firstcome, first-serve basis from December 1, 2023 through February 29, 2024. Tickets will be sold in-person at the National Park Visitor Center for trips the same day. Only one adult/senior ticket per Camden County ID may be made at a time and adults may only purchase four youth tickets per ID.

The reduced pricing is as follows:
Adults 16-61 years of age: $30 ($32.10 with tax)
Seniors 62+ years of age: $25 (26.75 with tax)
Youth 6-15 years of age: $20 ($21.40 with tax)

A $15 per adult entrance fee to the national park still applies. Visitors can plan ahead and pay this on-line at www.pay.gov, search for Cumberland Island NS Weekly Entrance Pass, or pay at the Visitor Center on the day of arrival. If you are a 4th grader, active military or veteran, a Gold Star family, or have permanent disability, you are eligible for a free park pass that allows you and 3 others into national parks for free.
