Chickasaw, with its long and rich cultural history, is home to many stories, tales and legends. For over a century, the mineral and fresh waters of the Platt District (the former Platt National Park), have drawn visitors to establish family traditions. Older than the State of Oklahoma, the park has played an important role in the lives of generations of Americans.
