Fire Restrictions

What is Open?

Roads: All.
Facilities: None.
Snowshoeing and Crosscountry Skiing: Open depending on snow conditions.

Road and Facility Closures

Roads: Cedar Breaks Scenic Byway (Hwy. 148) and Rim Road (the road through the park) are open for vehicle travel.

Facilities: The temporary information center and the park store are closed for the season. The historic 1937 Log Cabin is closed to all access due to construction at Point Supreme Overlook. The Point Supreme Campground is closed for the season and will reopen on June 30, 2023.

Overlooks: The Point Supreme Overlook is closed to all access year-round through 2023 due to construction activities.
Trails: Closed to hiking for the season.
