Prospectus Issued for Guided Interpretive Whitewater River Tours In Canyonlands National Park and Glen Canyon National Recreation Area

The National Park Service (NPS) has released a prospectus for the award of up to 18 new concession contracts to operate Guided Interpretive Whitewater River Tours within Canyonlands National Park and Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.

The current concession contracts for this service will expire on December 31, 2016. It is anticipated that the new 10-year concession contacts will take effect January 1, 2017.

The NPS made notification on the Federal Business Opportunity website (http://www.fbo.gov) and issued the prospectus on April 28, 2016. Parties interested in learning more about this opportunity should visit the NPS's Commercial Services website at: https://www.nps.gov/commercialservices/canyxxx-17.html

Interested parties who retrieve the prospectus from the website should also notify Jennifer Parker to receive notifications of any future modifications or other correspondence related to this prospectus. 

Hard copies of the prospectus are available (for a fee) from the NPS Intermountain Regional Office. Information on requesting a hard copy of the prospectus is available on the NPS Commercial Services website listed above.
