Seashore Updates

• Hyde County lifted the non-resident evacuation order for Ocracoke Island on December 2. North Carolina Highway 12 reopened at the north end of the island this morning. [Press Release]
• A ribbon cutting event for the new hunt blind/wildlife-viewing platform (Bodie Island Marsh Blind) took place the morning of December 3. See photos above.
