This plan will guide changes to the way existing services, activities, and programs are provided in multiple locations throughout Cabrillo National Monument by defining what barriers limit accessibility and providing recommendations on how they can be modified or removed to increase accessibility for all users.
The public can comment on this draft plan by going to the National Park Service’s Planning, Environment, and Public Comment (PEPC) website at https://parkplanning.nps.gov/projectHome.cfm?parkId=290&projectID=82695.
