Fray Felipe Guillen
En el mismo día mes y año (26 de abril de 1778), el Reverendo Padre Fray Felipe Guillen, Predicador Apóstolico y Ministro de la Misión de San Pedro y San Pablo de Tubutama, volvio su alma a Dios en el camino que ir desde Santa Teresa a esta Misión. Cuyo cuerpo fue enterrado en la iglesia de esta Misión de Nuestro Padre San Francisco del Átil. No recibió los Santos Sacramentos de Penitencia, Comunión, y Extrema Unción por haberlo matado los Seris y no haber tenido tiempo para recibirlos. Para que conste lo firmo en dicho día, mes, y año ut supra.

Friar Felipe Guillen
On the same day, month, and year (April 26, 1778), Reverend Father Friar Felipe Guillen, Apostolic Preacher and Minister of the Mission of San Pedro y San Pablo de Tubutama, returned his soul to God on the road that goes from Santa Teresa to this Mission. His body was buried in the church of this Mission of Our Father San Francisco of Átil. He did not receive the Holy Sacraments of Penance, Communion, and Extreme Unction because having been killed by the Seris there was no time to receive them. I sign in certification of this on the said day, month, and year as above.
