Haviendo recibido esta Misión de San Antonio de Huquitoa día 26 de julio de 1768, hallé en presente libro del número de noventa y siete bautizmos, ocupadas trece páginas, y día 16 de octubre de mil setecientos sesenta y ocho epezaron mis firmas en las partidas de bautismos, consta de la que se sigue:
