Bullet Mold

Family tradition states that the Adamses used this tool to hand cast musket balls during the American Revolution. We cannot say for certain when it was used or who used it, but we know it was a cherished reminder of the family’s patriotism and industriousness during the American Revolution.

Joseph Warren became a hero of the early American Revolutionary War at the Battle of Bunker Hill. He was family physician to John and Abigail Adams. He saved John Quincy’s badly fractured finger from amputation.
