Things To Know Before You Come

The downtown Boston National Historical Park Visitor Center has moved to the first floor of Faneuil Hall.


To ensure safety, all visitors ages 18 and over wishing to embark USS Constitution may be subject to present a valid federal or state-issued photo ID at the ship's security entrance.

From April 1 through June 30, 2014, due to high visitation and safe occupancy requirements, all visitors who wish to climb the Bunker Hill Monument must first obtain a climbing pass from the Bunker Hill Museum at 43 Monument Square. For more information, please call 617-242-7275. Climbing passes are free and are issued on a first come, first served basis. For groups of 10 or more, please call 617-242-5689.
