Managed and operated by the National Park Service (NPS), the clinic is staffed by U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps (USPHS) and NPS healthcare providers. We offer basic medical care including primary care and urgent care for both residents and visitors. Occupying a historic building that once served as an acute care hospital, the Yosemite Medical Clinic is a full-service outpatient medical facility in the iconic Yosemite Valley. The clinic is open 40 hours per week for most of the year, but from mid-May through mid-September Yosemite National Park experiences peak visitation and the clinic may operate up to seven days per week. The Yosemite Medical Clinic provides urgent care services to park visitors and residents, as well as primary care services including occupational health to residents and employees. We are not accepting new patients. To ensure the highest quality of care for our existing patients, our clinic is temporarily unable to accept new primary care patients, as our dedicated physician has reached her current capacity; however, all scheduled appointments for new patients will be honored, and we are actively working to bring on a second provider in 2025.
