The Tuolumne River presentation will be at 1:30 pm and will be followed by a question and answer session. The Merced River presentation will begin at 2:30 pm, also followed by an opportunity to ask questions. Copies of the summary guides, fact sheets and CDs of the draft plans will also be available. Park entrance fees are waived for open house attendees.

Tuolumne River Plan Webinars
Join us on Thursday, January 31, at 1:00 pm for a half hour webinar on protecting and enhancing river values in the Tuolumne River corridor and a discussion of user capacity. Visit yose.webex.com to register for the webinar.

Last week's webinar on the draft plan's Preferred Alternative is available in the recordings section of yose.webex.com.

Webinar tips
If you haven't participated in a webinar recently, we recommend that you sign in at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. This will allow time for program set up and any updates that may need to be installed.

Merced Wild and Scenic River Draft Plan and EIS Webinars and Public Meetings
We are hosting several informational webinars in February to brief you on the plan's key elements prior to the start of the public meetings scheduled in the park and in surrounding gateway communities. In addition, a focused socioeconomic workshop will be conducted to consider the social, financial, and economic impact of project alternatives within the draft plan. At this February 27, 2013, socioeconomic meeting, we will evaluate how the preferred alternative and other alternatives would affect park visitation, local tourism, hotel occupancy rates, transient occupancy tax generation and other issues that might affect the economic viability of local communities and park partnerships.

Webinars
In order to communicate the essence of the Merced River Draft Plan, we will present four webinars each geared to a specific plan topic. These briefings include a 15-minute presentation followed by interactive question-and-answer sessions. Recorded webinars will be uploaded online.
