Volunteers help in many ways at Wolf Trap. There are a variety of volunteer positions that will accommodate the busiest of schedules and also provide opportunities for the young to the young-at-heart. Most of our positions are for 18 years of age and older; however, we have a few positions for those who are 13 years of age and older.

Volunteers help at Wolf Trap by:

  • Passing out programs
  • Seating patrons
  • Driving carts from the parking lots
  • Helping patrons in and around carts
  • First-Aid
  • Scanning tickets at the gates
  • Helping at a clean-up event
  • Maintaining and revitalizing the landscape and grounds
  • Scouting projects
  • Filing, copying, and helping with office work

Wolf Trap has an exciting and fun volunteer program. It's a great way to meet new friends and assist the National Park Service. How will you volunteer at Wolf Trap?

Visit our Volunteer Opportunities page for the positions that are currently open or contact the volunteer office at (703) 255-1893 for additional information.
