Candlelight Tours at Cincinnati's National Park Site

William Howard Taft National Historic Site will celebrate a Victorian Christmas with free events starting the day after Thanksgiving and ending on January 4 2015. Between November 28th and January 4th, the house where William Howard Taft was born and grew up will be decorated to reflect the mid-Victorian period.

On Friday December 12th and Friday December 19th, candlelight tours of the birthplace home will be given between the hours of 5:00 p.m. –8:00 p.m. Visitors will be able to learn about the Taft holiday celebrations and enjoy holiday refreshments. Children can enjoy Christmas crafts and storytelling.  As always, tours are free and open to the public.

Events begin at William Howard Taft National Historic Site, located at 2038 Auburn Avenue, one block south of the Christ Hospital. Visit the Directions page or call the park at 513-684-3262 to determine the best way to navigate to the park.Free parking is available in a small lot in front of the Taft Education Center or on Southern Avenue in the park's overflow parking lot.
