Cave tours through Wind Cave resumed Wednesday afternoon, May 7, after being suspended last week due to an issue with an elevator’s transformer.

Tours resumed at 9:00 a.m. today. The last tour of the day is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.

Tours offered throughout the day are the Natural Entrance Tour, lasting seventy-five minutes with 300 stairs, and the hour-long Garden of Eden Tour with 150 stairs. Reservations for tours on or after May 13 can be made by visiting recreation.gov.
