International Falls, MN: Join a ranger to explore the Echo Bay Ski Trail—all levels and abilities welcome! The program will begin with an introduction to the equipment and basic techniques of classical skiing. From there we will explore the first mile-long loop of the Echo Bay Trail. Skiers who want to challenge their abilities may continue to the more advanced outer loop.

Registration required; call the Rainy Lake Visitor Center at (218) 286-5258 to sign up for free. Bring your own skis or borrow some from the park; a limited amount of free equipment is available for checkout upon registration. Meet at the Echo Bay Trailhead (Kabetogama, MN) on Sunday, March 3, starting at 1 pm. Ages 6 and up. This event is part of the park’s 2019 Winter at Voyageurs Event Series.
