Some National Parks collect entrance fees to assist with the cost of providing safe, meaningful experiences to park visitors. Money collected must be used in ways that directly improve visitor experiences.
Theodore Roosevelt National Park Entrance Fees
All visitors, age 17 and over, must pay an entrance fee or show a valid pass. Fees are collected at entrance stations May through September and in visitor centers the rest of the year. Self-pay stations are available when visitor centers and entrance stations are closed.
